Plain language summary

Terms, in plain words

What you get, what it costs, and what you can do with the songs and the printables.

Last updated 15 August 2026.

Who you are dealing with

Hearts & Halleluyahs is a small operation run by Zuba Labs Inc. in Alberta, Canada. It is Bible stories, songs, books, printables and teaching videos for children roughly two to twelve years old.

What is free

The songs are free on YouTube and need no account at all. The printable that goes with the first activity pack is free with a free account, and it stays free. There is no card and no trial on the free account, and nothing about it expires.

What costs money

Two things cost money. An extra printable, the ones that are not tied to an episode, is $2.99 once and then it is yours to keep, whatever happens afterwards. The membership is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year, and it opens the whole printable library along with the longer, ad free teaching videos for as long as it is running. You can read what is in it before you pay for anything.

Paying and cancelling

Payments are handled by Stripe. The card details go to Stripe, not to us, and we do not store them.

You can cancel from your account at any time. When you cancel, the teaching videos and the wider library stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stop. Your free account carries on as normal, and so does every printable you bought outright or got with an episode. Those are not taken back.

What you can do with the printables

Print them as often as you like for your own children. Using them with a Sunday school class, a playgroup or a classroom is fine too.

Please do not sell them, put the files up for download somewhere else, or hand them on as your own work. The songs, videos and drawings belong to Zuba Labs Inc.

Your account

One account per household. You can sign in either by asking for a link, which goes to your inbox and works once, or with a password if you have set one. Keep both to yourself. If you think somebody else has got into your account, change your password and email us, and we will help you close it or move it to a different address.

Things that will change

This is early. Songs, printables and videos will be added, and occasionally something may be taken down or reworked. Prices could change in future, and if they do, that will not happen quietly in the middle of a period you have already paid for, and it will never change what you have already bought.

If something goes wrong

Email first. Most problems are a payment that did not go through or a file that will not download, and both are quick to fix.

The site is provided as it is, and no promise is made here about results, uptime, or how much your child will learn. These terms are governed by the law of Alberta, Canada.

This page is written in ordinary words so that it can be read. It is a summary of how the site works, not a full legal contract, and it is not legal advice.
