Plain language summary
Privacy, in plain words
What is collected, why it is collected, and how to have it deleted.
Last updated 14 August 2026.
What is collected
Your email address and a password, which is stored scrambled so it cannot be read back. Whether you have a membership. Which printables and videos you have opened, so the site can show you where you were.
If you pay for the membership, Stripe handles the card. Card numbers never reach this site and are not stored here.
Why it is collected
To log you in, to know whether to show you the teaching videos, and to tell you when a new song goes up. That is the whole list.
Who else sees it
The companies that keep the site running see what they need to: the host that serves the pages, the service that sends the email, and Stripe for payments.
Your details are not sold, and they are not passed on to advertisers.
Children
Accounts are for parents and carers, not for children. Nothing here asks a child for their name, their age or their photograph, and children are not asked to sign up.
Cookies
There is a cookie that keeps you logged in. Without it you would have to type your password on every page.
Email you get from us
A note when there is a new song or printable, and anything to do with your account or your payments. Every one of those notes has an unsubscribe link in it.
Seeing it or deleting it
Write to hello@heartsandhalleluyahs.com and ask for a copy of what is held about you, or ask for the account to be deleted, and it will be done. Deleting the account removes the email address and the record of what you opened. Some payment records have to be kept for tax reasons.
This page is written in ordinary words so that it can be read. It is a summary of how the site works, not a full legal contract, and it is not legal advice.
Hearts & Halleluyahs is operated by Zuba Labs Inc., Alberta, Canada. If something here is unclear or out of date, write to hello@heartsandhalleluyahs.com and a person will answer.
